Ingredients (Serves – 2)
- Ripe Mango – 1 Large (Peeled And Chopped)
- Thick Curd – 1 Cup (Chilled)
- Milk – 1/4 Cup (Chilled)
- Sugar – 2 Tablespoons
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
- Ice Cubes – 4 To 5
- Chopped Pistachios Or Almonds – 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
- Saffron Strands – A Few (Optional)
Method
- Add Chopped Ripe Mango, Thick Curd, Milk, Sugar, And Cardamom Powder To A Blender.
- Blend Until Smooth And Creamy Without Any Lumps.
- Add Ice Cubes And Blend Again Briefly Until Frothy.
- Taste And Adjust Sugar If Required.
- Pour The Lassi Into Serving Glasses.
- Garnish With Chopped Pistachios Or Almonds And A Few Saffron Strands If Using.
- Serve Immediately While Chilled.
