Ingredients

 

1ST MARINATION:

Chicken Thigh boneless – 8 pieces

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Mustard oil – 1 tbsp

Ginger Garlic paste – 1tsp

Kashmiri chilli powder (for colour)- 1tbsp

Red Chilli powder(for heat) – as per taste

Black pepper- 1/2 tsp

Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp

Black Salt – 1 tsp

 

2ND MARINATION:

Hung yoghurt – 3 tbsp

Cream – 1 tbsp

Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp

Coriander powder – 1tsp

Cumin powder – 1tsp

Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp

Mustard oil – a dash

Salt – as per taste 

Black pepper – 1tsp

 

Procedure:

– Cut chicken Thigh boneless into 8 pieces. Wash well 

– Mix all the ingredients of 1st Marination and add the chicken, rub well. Keep in refrigerator for atleast 3 hours.

– Prepare the 2nd Marination by mixing all the ingredients well. Add in the previously marinated chicken. Mix and rub well.

– Keep in refrigerator for atleast 6 hours.

– Put the chicken on skewers and cook in an pre heated oven at 220°C for 8-10 mins.

– Serve hot with green chutney and sliced onions.
