Ingredients   (Serves – 2)

  • Coconut Flour – 60 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Large
  • Psyllium Husk Powder – 10 Grams
  • Salt – 2 Grams
  • Warm Water – 80 Milliliters
  • Ghee – 10 Grams

 

Method

  • Add Coconut Flour, Psyllium Husk Powder, And Salt To A Mixing Bowl And Mix Well.
  • Add The Eggs To The Bowl And Mix Until Combined.
  • Gradually Add Warm Water And Mix To Form A Soft Dough.
  • Let The Dough Rest For About 5 Minutes So The Psyllium Husk Absorbs The Moisture.
  • Divide The Dough Into Small Equal Portions.
  • Place Each Portion Between Two Sheets Of Parchment Paper And Gently Press Or Roll Into A Thin Roti.
  • Heat A Tawa Or Flat Pan Over Medium Heat.
  • Carefully Place The Rolled Roti On The Hot Tawa.
  • Apply A Little Ghee And Cook For About 2 Minutes Until Lightly Golden.
  • Flip And Cook The Other Side For Another 1–2 Minutes Until Cooked Through.
  • Serve Warm With Keto-Friendly Curries Or Yogurt.
