Ingredients (Serves – 2)
- Coconut Flour – 60 Grams
- Eggs – 2 Large
- Psyllium Husk Powder – 10 Grams
- Salt – 2 Grams
- Warm Water – 80 Milliliters
- Ghee – 10 Grams
Method
- Add Coconut Flour, Psyllium Husk Powder, And Salt To A Mixing Bowl And Mix Well.
- Add The Eggs To The Bowl And Mix Until Combined.
- Gradually Add Warm Water And Mix To Form A Soft Dough.
- Let The Dough Rest For About 5 Minutes So The Psyllium Husk Absorbs The Moisture.
- Divide The Dough Into Small Equal Portions.
- Place Each Portion Between Two Sheets Of Parchment Paper And Gently Press Or Roll Into A Thin Roti.
- Heat A Tawa Or Flat Pan Over Medium Heat.
- Carefully Place The Rolled Roti On The Hot Tawa.
- Apply A Little Ghee And Cook For About 2 Minutes Until Lightly Golden.
- Flip And Cook The Other Side For Another 1–2 Minutes Until Cooked Through.
- Serve Warm With Keto-Friendly Curries Or Yogurt.
