  • Ripe Mango – 1 Large (Peeled And Chopped)
  • Thick Curd – 1 Cup (Chilled)                                          
  • Milk – 1/4 Cup (Chilled)
  • Sugar – 2 Tablespoons
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Ice Cubes – 4 To 5
  • Chopped Pistachios Or Almonds – 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  • Saffron Strands – A Few (Optional)

 

Method

  • Add Chopped Ripe Mango, Thick Curd, Milk, Sugar, And Cardamom Powder To A Blender.
  • Blend Until Smooth And Creamy Without Any Lumps.
  • Add Ice Cubes And Blend Again Briefly Until Frothy.
  • Taste And Adjust Sugar If Required.
  • Pour The Lassi Into Serving Glasses.
  • Garnish With Chopped Pistachios Or Almonds And A Few Saffron Strands If Using.
  • Serve Immediately While Chilled.
