Mint Coriander Chutney   (Serves – 4)                                                                             

Ingredients                                                                                   

  • Fresh mint leaves – 50 grams
  • Fresh coriander leaves – 50 grams
  • Green chilies – 5 grams
  • Garlic cloves – 5 grams
  • Ginger – 5 grams
  • Lemon juice – 10 ml
  • Cumin seeds – 2 grams
  • Salt – 5 grams
  • Water – as required

 

Method

  • Wash mint and coriander leaves thoroughly and let them drain.
  • Peel garlic and ginger, and roughly chop green chilies.
  • In a blender, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic cloves, ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds, and salt.
  • Add a small amount of water and grind into a smooth paste.
  • Add lemon juice and blend again briefly.
  • Adjust salt and thickness if needed.
  • Serve with pakoras, parathas, chaats, or grilled dishes.
