Mint Coriander Chutney (Serves – 4)
Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves – 50 grams
- Fresh coriander leaves – 50 grams
- Green chilies – 5 grams
- Garlic cloves – 5 grams
- Ginger – 5 grams
- Lemon juice – 10 ml
- Cumin seeds – 2 grams
- Salt – 5 grams
- Water – as required
Method
- Wash mint and coriander leaves thoroughly and let them drain.
- Peel garlic and ginger, and roughly chop green chilies.
- In a blender, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic cloves, ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds, and salt.
- Add a small amount of water and grind into a smooth paste.
- Add lemon juice and blend again briefly.
- Adjust salt and thickness if needed.
- Serve with pakoras, parathas, chaats, or grilled dishes.
