Ingredients: (Serves – 4)
- Rice – 2 cups
- Water – 4 cups
Method:
- Wash the rice thoroughly.
- Soak the rice for 20 minutes, then drain.
- In a deep pot, add water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the soaked rice.
- Cook on medium heat until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
- Switch off the heat, cover the pot, and let the rice steam for 5 minutes.
- Fluff gently with a fork and serve hot.
