Ingredients   (Serves – 2)

  • Besan (Gram Flour) – 1 Cup
  • Dry Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) – 1 Tablespoon                     
  • Salt – To Taste
  • Oil – 1 Tablespoon
  • Water – As Required

 

Method

  • In A Mixing Bowl, Add Besan, Dry Fenugreek Leaves, And Salt.
  • Gradually Add Water And Knead To Form A Soft Dough.
  • Add A Little Oil And Knead Again Until Smooth.
  • Divide The Dough Into Small Portions And Shape Into Balls.
  • Place A Ball Between Two Sheets Of Parchment Or Use Dry Flour To Roll It Gently Into A Roti.
  • Heat A Tawa (Flat Pan) And Place The Rolled Roti On It.
  • Cook On Medium Heat Until Light Brown Spots Appear, Then Flip.
  • Apply A Little Oil And Cook The Other Side Until Fully Cooked And Slightly Crisp.
  • Remove And Serve Hot.
