Ingredients (Serves – 2)
- Besan (Gram Flour) – 1 Cup
- Dry Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) – 1 Tablespoon
- Salt – To Taste
- Oil – 1 Tablespoon
- Water – As Required
Method
- In A Mixing Bowl, Add Besan, Dry Fenugreek Leaves, And Salt.
- Gradually Add Water And Knead To Form A Soft Dough.
- Add A Little Oil And Knead Again Until Smooth.
- Divide The Dough Into Small Portions And Shape Into Balls.
- Place A Ball Between Two Sheets Of Parchment Or Use Dry Flour To Roll It Gently Into A Roti.
- Heat A Tawa (Flat Pan) And Place The Rolled Roti On It.
- Cook On Medium Heat Until Light Brown Spots Appear, Then Flip.
- Apply A Little Oil And Cook The Other Side Until Fully Cooked And Slightly Crisp.
- Remove And Serve Hot.
Prep Time – 10 mins. Cook Time – 15 mins. Total Time – 25 mins.
