  • Fresh coriander (dhaniya) leaves – 50 g                        
  • Green chilies – 5 to 10 g
  • Ginger – 10 g
  • Garlic (optional) – 3 g
  • Lemon juice – 10 to 15 g
  • Salt – 2 to 3 g
  • Water – as needed (about 20 to 40 g)

 

Method

  • Wash the coriander leaves well and roughly chop them.
  • Add coriander, green chilies, ginger, garlic, salt, and lemon juice to a mixer.
  • Blend, adding a little water, until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice if needed.
  • Serve fresh.
