Ingredients (Serves 8 -10 Rotis)
- Whole wheat flour – 500 g
- Salt – 5 g
- Water – 300 – 320ml
Method
- Add whole wheat flour and salt into the dough mixing machine bowl.
- Start the machine and slowly add water.
- Knead until the dough comes together.
- Keep kneading until the dough is smooth and soft.
- Cover and rest the dough for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Divide dough into equal balls.
- Roll each ball into a round roti using a rolling pin.
- Cook on a hot tawa, flipping until both sides puff and get light brown spots.
- Serve hot.
