Ingredients                                                                                                                                                                                                         (Serves 8 -10 Rotis)

  • Whole wheat flour – 500 g
  • Salt – 5 g
  • Water – 300 – 320ml

 

Method

  • Add whole wheat flour and salt into the dough mixing machine bowl.
  • Start the machine and slowly add water.
  • Knead until the dough comes together.
  • Keep kneading until the dough is smooth and soft.
  • Cover and rest the dough for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Divide dough into equal balls.
  • Roll each ball into a round roti using a rolling pin.
  • Cook on a hot tawa, flipping until both sides puff and get light brown spots.
  • Serve hot.
