Khud Rang means “your own colour.” It is an invitation — to bring yourself fully into the kitchen, to cook with curiosity, and to leave with something no recipe book can give you: the confidence to create.
We are a Delhi-based immersive culinary experience led by certified chefs with decades of combined expertise. But what sets us apart is not our credentials. It is our belief that Indian cooking is not a collection of recipes to memorise — it is a living logic to understand.
Every class, every tasting, every walk through Delhi’s oldest food streets is designed to do one thing: make Indian cooking make sense to you, wherever you are in the world.
Long before India had written records, it had food. The rituals of the kitchen — the grinding of spices, the slow tempering of mustard seeds, the rolling of bread on a stone — carry thousands of years of memory.
At Khud Rang, we believe food is the most honest entry point into a culture. It asks nothing of you except curiosity and an open palate. It gives back everything — history, warmth, community, and the rare pleasure of making something with your own hands.
You will not just leave knowing how to cook. You will leave knowing what you cooked — and why it matters.
