Ingredients (Serves – 4)
- Fresh coriander (dhaniya) leaves – 50 g
- Green chilies – 5 to 10 g
- Ginger – 10 g
- Garlic (optional) – 3 g
- Lemon juice – 10 to 15 g
- Salt – 2 to 3 g
- Water – as needed (about 20 to 40 g)
Method
- Wash the coriander leaves well and roughly chop them.
- Add coriander, green chilies, ginger, garlic, salt, and lemon juice to a mixer.
- Blend, adding a little water, until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice if needed.
- Serve fresh.
