Ingredients
- Potatoes – 500 g
- Oil – 20 g
- Cumin seeds – 5 g
- Green chili – 5 g
- Ginger – 10 g
- Turmeric powder – 3 g
- Red chili powder – 3 g
- Coriander powder – 5 g
- Salt – 8 g or to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves – 10 g
Method
- Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
- Add chopped green chili and ginger, sauté briefly.
- Add potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are cooked and lightly crisp.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
