Ingredients   (Serves – 3)

  • Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra Atta) – 1/2 Cup                                         
  • Finger Millet Flour (Ragi Atta) – 1/4 Cup
  • Sorghum Flour (Jowar Atta) – 1/4 Cup
  • Salt – To Taste
  • Oil – 1 Tablespoon
  • Warm Water – As Required

Method

  • In A Mixing Bowl, Combine Pearl Millet Flour, Finger Millet Flour, Sorghum Flour, And Salt.
  • Gradually Add Warm Water And Knead To Form A Soft Dough.
  • Add Oil And Knead Again Until Smooth And Pliable.
  • Divide The Dough Into Equal Portions And Shape Into Balls.
  • Flatten Each Ball Gently And Roll It Carefully Into A Roti Using Light Pressure.
  • Heat A Tawa (Flat Pan) And Place The Roti On It.
  • Cook On Medium Heat Until Small Bubbles Appear And The Bottom Turns Light Brown.
  • Flip And Cook The Other Side, Pressing Gently Until Fully Cooked.
  • Apply A Little Oil If Desired And Cook Until Slightly Crisp.
  • Remove And Serve Hot.
