Ingredients (Serves – 3)
- Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra Atta) – 1/2 Cup
- Finger Millet Flour (Ragi Atta) – 1/4 Cup
- Sorghum Flour (Jowar Atta) – 1/4 Cup
- Salt – To Taste
- Oil – 1 Tablespoon
- Warm Water – As Required
Method
- In A Mixing Bowl, Combine Pearl Millet Flour, Finger Millet Flour, Sorghum Flour, And Salt.
- Gradually Add Warm Water And Knead To Form A Soft Dough.
- Add Oil And Knead Again Until Smooth And Pliable.
- Divide The Dough Into Equal Portions And Shape Into Balls.
- Flatten Each Ball Gently And Roll It Carefully Into A Roti Using Light Pressure.
- Heat A Tawa (Flat Pan) And Place The Roti On It.
- Cook On Medium Heat Until Small Bubbles Appear And The Bottom Turns Light Brown.
- Flip And Cook The Other Side, Pressing Gently Until Fully Cooked.
- Apply A Little Oil If Desired And Cook Until Slightly Crisp.
- Remove And Serve Hot.
