Healthy Sprouts Chaat

Ingredients  ( Serves – 2 )

  • Mixed Sprouts – 2 Cups.
  • Onion – 1 Small, Finely Chopped.
  • Tomato – 1 Small, Finely Chopped.
  • Cucumber – 1 Small, Finely Chopped.                            
  • Green Chilli – 1, Finely Chopped.
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 Tbsp, Chopped.
  • Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 Tsp.
  • Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp.
  • Black Salt – 1/4 Tsp.
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp.
  • Pomegranate Seeds – 2 Tbsp.
  • Boiled Potato – 1 Small, Diced.
  • Salt – To Taste.

 

Method

  • Rinse The Mixed Sprouts Thoroughly And Steam Or Boil Them Lightly For 5–7 Minutes Until Slightly Tender But Still Crunchy.
  • Transfer The Cooked Sprouts To A Large Mixing Bowl And Allow Them To Cool Slightly.
  • Add Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, Green Chilli, Boiled Potato, And Fresh Coriander Leaves To The Bowl.
  • Sprinkle Roasted Cumin Powder, Chaat Masala, Black Salt, And Regular Salt Over The Mixture.
  • Drizzle Lemon Juice And Mix Everything Gently Until Well Combined.
  • Top With Pomegranate Seeds For Freshness And Natural Sweetness.
  • Serve Immediately For The Best Taste And Texture.
