Ingredients ( Serves – 2 )
- Mixed Sprouts – 2 Cups.
- Onion – 1 Small, Finely Chopped.
- Tomato – 1 Small, Finely Chopped.
- Cucumber – 1 Small, Finely Chopped.
- Green Chilli – 1, Finely Chopped.
- Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 Tbsp, Chopped.
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 Tsp.
- Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp.
- Black Salt – 1/4 Tsp.
- Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp.
- Pomegranate Seeds – 2 Tbsp.
- Boiled Potato – 1 Small, Diced.
- Salt – To Taste.
Method
- Rinse The Mixed Sprouts Thoroughly And Steam Or Boil Them Lightly For 5–7 Minutes Until Slightly Tender But Still Crunchy.
- Transfer The Cooked Sprouts To A Large Mixing Bowl And Allow Them To Cool Slightly.
- Add Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, Green Chilli, Boiled Potato, And Fresh Coriander Leaves To The Bowl.
- Sprinkle Roasted Cumin Powder, Chaat Masala, Black Salt, And Regular Salt Over The Mixture.
- Drizzle Lemon Juice And Mix Everything Gently Until Well Combined.
- Top With Pomegranate Seeds For Freshness And Natural Sweetness.
- Serve Immediately For The Best Taste And Texture.
