Air Fryer Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

 

  • Boneless Chicken Thighs – 500 Gms.
  • Thick Yogurt – 1/2 Cup.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp.          
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp.
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Kasuri Methi – 1 Tsp.
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp.
  • Mustard Oil – 1 Tbsp.
  • Salt – To Taste.
  • Capsicum – 1, Cubed.
  • Onion – 1, Cubed.
  • Oil Spray – As Needed.

 

Method

 

  • Wash And Pat Dry The Chicken Pieces Thoroughly.
  • In A Large Bowl, Combine Yogurt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Kasuri Methi, Lemon Juice, Mustard Oil, And Salt.
  • Add The Chicken Pieces To The Marinade And Mix Well Until Fully Coated.
  • Cover And Marinate In The Refrigerator For At Least 1 Hour, Preferably Overnight For Authentic Flavor.
  • Preheat The Air Fryer To 200°C For 5 Minutes.
  • Thread The Marinated Chicken, Capsicum, And Onion Alternately Onto Skewers Or Arrange Directly In The Air Fryer Basket.
  • Lightly Spray Oil Over The Chicken Pieces.
  • Air Fry At 200°C For 10 Minutes.
  • Flip The Chicken Pieces And Cook For Another 8–10 Minutes Until Slightly Charred And Fully Cooked.
  • Remove From The Air Fryer And Rest For 2 Minutes Before Serving.
  • Serve Hot With Mint Chutney, Onion Rings, And Lemon Wedges.

 

Prep Time – 15 mins.                         Cook Time – 20 mins.                    Total Time – 35 mins.
