Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken Thighs – 500 Gms.
- Thick Yogurt – 1/2 Cup.
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp.
- Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Kasuri Methi – 1 Tsp.
- Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp.
- Mustard Oil – 1 Tbsp.
- Salt – To Taste.
- Capsicum – 1, Cubed.
- Onion – 1, Cubed.
- Oil Spray – As Needed.
Method
- Wash And Pat Dry The Chicken Pieces Thoroughly.
- In A Large Bowl, Combine Yogurt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Kasuri Methi, Lemon Juice, Mustard Oil, And Salt.
- Add The Chicken Pieces To The Marinade And Mix Well Until Fully Coated.
- Cover And Marinate In The Refrigerator For At Least 1 Hour, Preferably Overnight For Authentic Flavor.
- Preheat The Air Fryer To 200°C For 5 Minutes.
- Thread The Marinated Chicken, Capsicum, And Onion Alternately Onto Skewers Or Arrange Directly In The Air Fryer Basket.
- Lightly Spray Oil Over The Chicken Pieces.
- Air Fry At 200°C For 10 Minutes.
- Flip The Chicken Pieces And Cook For Another 8–10 Minutes Until Slightly Charred And Fully Cooked.
- Remove From The Air Fryer And Rest For 2 Minutes Before Serving.
- Serve Hot With Mint Chutney, Onion Rings, And Lemon Wedges.
