Ingredients ( Serves – 4 )
- Firm Tofu – 400 G., Cubed.
- Green Peas – 300 G. (Fresh Or Frozen).
- Onion – 150 G., Finely Chopped.
- Tomato – 200 G., Finely Chopped.
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 20 G.
- Green Chillies – 10 G., Finely Chopped.
- Oil – 30 Ml.
- Cumin Seeds – 5 G.
- Turmeric Powder – 2 G.
- Red Chilli Powder – 4 G.
- Coriander Powder – 6 G.
- Garam Masala Powder – 3 G.
- Kasuri Methi – 2 G.
- Salt – 8 G. Or To Taste.
- Water – 250 Ml.
- Coconut Milk – 100 Ml.
Method
- Heat Oil In A Pan And Add Cumin Seeds.
- Add Chopped Onion And Sauté Until Golden Brown.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Green Chillies, Then Cook Until The Raw Aroma Disappears.
- Add Chopped Tomatoes, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, And Salt.
- Cook Until The Tomatoes Become Soft And Oil Separates From The Masala.
- Add Green Peas And Mix Well, Then Pour In Water And Simmer Until The Peas Become Tender.
- Add Tofu Cubes And Gently Stir To Combine Without Breaking Them.
- Pour In Coconut Milk And Mix Well To Form A Creamy Gravy.
- Add Crushed Kasuri Methi And Garam Masala Powder, Then Simmer For 3–4 Minutes.
- Turn Off The Heat And Let It Rest For A Few Minutes Before Serving.
- Serve Hot With Roti, Rice, Or Paratha.
