Lassi

Ingredients ( Serves – 4)

  • Thick Curd – 2 Cups
  • Chilled Water – 1 Cup
  • Sugar – 4 Tablespoons                                   
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Rose Water – 1 Teaspoon
  • Ice Cubes – As Required
  • Fresh Cream – 2 Tablespoons (Optional)
  • Pistachios – 1 Tablespoon Chopped (For Garnish)

 

Method

  • Add thick curd, chilled water, and sugar to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Add cardamom powder and rose water, then blend again briefly.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if required.
  • Pour the lassi into glasses filled with ice cubes.
  • Top with fresh cream if using for a richer texture.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
