Ingredients ( Serves – 4)
- Thick Curd – 2 Cups
- Chilled Water – 1 Cup
- Sugar – 4 Tablespoons
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Rose Water – 1 Teaspoon
- Ice Cubes – As Required
- Fresh Cream – 2 Tablespoons (Optional)
- Pistachios – 1 Tablespoon Chopped (For Garnish)
Method
- Add thick curd, chilled water, and sugar to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Add cardamom powder and rose water, then blend again briefly.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if required.
- Pour the lassi into glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Top with fresh cream if using for a richer texture.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
