Ingredients (Serves – 4)
- Thick Curd – 2 Cups
- Chilled Water – 3 Cups
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Black Salt – 1 Teaspoon
- Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ginger – 1 Inch Piece
- Green Chilli – 1 Small
- Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped
- Ice Cubes – As Required
Method
- Add thick curd and chilled water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thin in consistency.
- Add roasted cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt.
- Grate ginger and finely chop green chilli, then add to the mixture.
- Blend briefly again to combine all flavors well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if required.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
